Strategic Partnership - Establish a contractual relationship in which DnovA is able to integrate our Optical Electronics technology into other companies products.
Joint Venture - Establishment of a for-profit entity for the purpose of leveraging synergistic resources where the optical electronics market environment can add significant strength and financial value as part of the JV.
Business Development -Development of generic-strategic domain services in specialized business areas for the purpose of selling products, enhancing brand development, and increasing market share for the Channel Partner.
Licensing - Licensing our technology
Private Label Branded Services - Reseller agreements for DnovA to sell and market our products to OEM accounts. Our products would be manufactured under the brand name of the OEM company.
Media Partner - Establish relationship for the purpose of bartering advertising, promotion, cross content development, newswire feeds, and advertiser support.
